Kim Thy (’86) | Rotterdam, the Netherlands:
When it comes to graphic design and photography, I like to convey the message with as little elements as possible. Making it clear and simple, but also stand out. Designs that require more interaction will benefit from my educational background: I am able to go through structured design processes where I continuously keep functionality, aesthetics and usability in mind by doing research en testing (with the target group). “How does it work? Is it visually appealing? Does it provide a user friendly experience?” And, “Is it original or innovative?”.
