Floormanager

Crazy about people

Can you manage the floor with ease? O’Pazzo welcomes you if you can play the crucial role of a floor manager. You never run short of hands during daily activities. Upon arrival, you ensure everything is fully ready and anticipate what the day or evening will bring. You create a table layout based on reservations and organize the floor for you and your colleagues. With the kitchen, you check le specialità and which piatti are not in stock. And you inform the service staff about it.

Your shift is your responsibility. You train new colleagues, lead la famiglia, and motivate your colleagues when needed. Nothing escapes your attention on the floor. When you’re there, guests get their orders on time, and you’re accessible for questions from colleagues and guests. Moreover, you have a special gift: you always know how to turn complaints into compliments. At the end of your shift, you ensure everything is left bellissimo for the next shift. Tidy, set up, and the cash register counted. And after closing, you celebrate the successful day together with a drink at the bar. Salute!
